1 out of 3 bookings went smoothly. I had to make a hotel change during my trip, cancelling in the free cancel period except its says you can’t cancel and need to contact support, this process took me whatsapp, weird AI help. It did get resolved eventually after a lot of pain and stress while on vacation with a phone. They cancelled 2 of my bookings without a reason, i showed up and the hotel had no record. My next hotel got cancelled too, no reason given. Such a horrible customer experience. Hotels are a home away from home, this service leaves you without accommodation. Don’t expect customer service or being able to speak with a human.
