My son received the Chatter2.0 and there was an issue with the mother board on one of the devices. I contacted them via email and Monday morning I had an email back with an apology and then asking for shipping info so they can send him a new package. The customer service back and forth on the emails was the smoothest most kind interactions that I have ever experienced. I can’t wait to buy more fun projects for my son from this company. 10000000% recommend to anyone!
