Bad customer service.
Inaccurate shipping costs on their website. I had to cancel the order unfortunately. Then, they sent approval for the purchase after it was cancelled, so I had to call and deal with that. When calling however, they placed me on hold for a very extended period of time which is not acceptable (32min).<br><br>Bad customer service, inaccurate quotes, and more.
