If I could give negative stars
If I could give negative stars, I would. Purchased tickets for my daughter and the artist informed everyone that the venue cancelled the concert. I confirmed with the venue, eTix even said they had it noted, but waiting for the booking company to let them know what to do. Fast forward, three phone calls, 4 emails, the booking company has only an email which was undeliverable, and zero communication from eTix for my online request for a refund. I paid them, not the booking company. eTix is responsible for my refund at the end of the day. Oh, and of course I can't dispute with my credit card because is is past the time frame to submit one. Will never purchase from this company again.
