Good prices and customer service, and NO bait-and-switch at the checkout -- <br>Every time I need to buy contacts, I visit at least half a dozen websites with "cheaper" prices, until I get to the paying part: then there are added/hidden charges, or the price of the items in the cart suddenly increase. So far, EZContacts has been aboveboard, so even though they're charging a bit more than last year, I'm sticking with them.

I really don't like how contact lens sellers doing these days, hiding the processing fees until much later and total price double what you expected. Two stars because among all your competitors, EZContacts is slightly more transparent showing total price earlier in the check out process. <br>Another issue I have is it requests prescription validation AFTER submitting the order. I feel like the website is design to trick customers.
