I am disappointed it took several hours…
I am disappointed it took several hours for my card to be sent. When I asked why it was about "fraud". I have purchsed several cards over the years as well as 2 or 3 three Uber cards from your company very recently using the same info and different cards in mine and/or my husband's name at the same address and with same contact info, email, etc..., no fraud going on here. I am also disappointed I still have no reponse from a request from yesterday. My request remains this: Why can I not view my prior orders from your site?
