Great mouse and perfect after sale service
First package was lost after DPD delivered the wrong place. DPD service was hard to reach and didn’t help at all, so I joined Gravastar after sale service. They nailed it : I just gave them the proof of wrong delivery and they took everything in charge, sent another package by another delivery company, gave constant feedback during the process and looked after me until it was delivered. <br>I took the Mercury M1 (gunmetal gray) with the 4K dongle (bought separately). The mouse looks great, feels even greater and works flawlessly on my MacBook Pro. Only downside, I can’t configure the buttons even when I install the software on a Windows boot (using Parallels). I’ll probably finish the config on another computer since the mouse keeps the parameters in-built. A macOS version of the software would be absolutely awesome of course, but even big-name-brands are late to that game. <br><br>tl;dr : Overall, excellent hardware, perfect after sale service, software not working on Windows boot on Mac.
