Over Charging My Bank Account without my permission.. Fraud
Last week I contacted customer service asking what total charges for monthly bill. Customer Service stated $53.15 for 9-22-2024. So I elected to give my checking account for auto payment and stated exactly that this amount was approved for Hughes Net to deduct from my account and $64.88 and every month there afterwards.<br>Sunday received an Email stating $119.82 was going be deducted. Today went to my bank got the bank statement and exactly that amounts had been taken out of my account with out my prior approval. <br>Sunday after receiving the Email and taken time out of my schedule appointment had to call customer service again and was told they are going to adjust next month and discount following month. <br>With this said everything has been documented and hoping Hughes Net will not fraud my account moving forward with the terms and conditions.
