Over 5 days to wait for a new device!
I pay £7.99 a month for phone insurance (and have for years) and they are usually good when you make a claim. However, the only thing is, it takes forever to process! If a phone has been stolen for example- you need to submit a pdf Proof of Usage and Proof of Barring which my phone network sends out in 72 hours, only then will they process a claim! Ergo, it takes about 5 days or so to get a new device. I am self-employed and this is far too long to wait for a new device when I run my business through my phone!
