I booked a room in Chicago
I booked a room in Chicago, when I arrived at the property, I was told to call Landing to get access to my room.<br><br>When I called (2:45pm), I couldn’t get ahold of the Area Manager. Then, when I got ahold of someone via the Emergency phone line, I was told #1: they didn’t have keys (the area manager never checked to make sure they were there), #2: if I did have keys, the apartment was not ready (unfurnished).<br><br>How irresponsible can a company get? My company booked this apt 2 months in advance…<br>
