Horrible company
Horrible company. Had the xp trike for 3 months. Off the bat, so many things were wrong. The fender came messed up. Took over a month from purchase date to get the cargo pack. I called them multiple times about the missing cargo pack when everything else came at the same time. Everytime they pushed back the delivery date. It finally took my husband calling to get them to ship it. After 200 miles the brakes started to go out. Then at 250 the motor and PAS system started to kick out. Then at 275 miles the throttle started to stick. By 300 miles there was no brake pressure, the screen went out, the battery was constantly Overheating, the motor was almost gone, and the PAS system was gone. I called Lectric about all of it and I was thrown around from department to department. I finally asked for a refund since it was exactly 4 months since I purchased the trike, and I was unable to. The person that I spoke to said I couldn't return it nor get a refund due to it being used.
