Price fluctuated after payment didn't go through and increased on my second and third go twice. Waited until following day and price returned back to original and payment and booking was seamless on this occasion. Happy with service in the end. Perhaps not Trips fault but felt intentional at time. After payment went through very prompt issue of e tickets.

Very complicated booking the trip. Although I digit the limit of the departure and arrival time, I was still receiving proposal with departure 6am and arrival 10pm.<br>The same trip changed its price during my research.<br>Too much optional to be clicked.....<br>For instance, if I do not want to book the seat or do not want insurance, I cannot go on with my booking until I say "No thanks". I am an old lady and I have to take care of the booking, but it is becoming more and more difficult. Thanks<br>
