Terrible Customer Support Experience: Three Years Without Resolution
I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer support from The Pokémon Company International. Over the past three years, I have been attempting to resolve an issue where I received a card in the wrong language in an Italian product pack. Following their instructions, I sent the defective card back for a replacement, but I have yet to receive any resolution.<br><br>Communication from their support team has been abysmal, characterized by long periods of silence and vague responses that never address the core problem. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory solution provided, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated.<br><br>This prolonged lack of effective support is unacceptable from such a renowned company. My trust in Pokémon's brand has been severely damaged by this experience. I urge The Pokémon Company International to improve their customer service and provide timely, concrete solutions to their customers.
