Rail Europe printing child ticket incorrectly
Had trouble because the Rail Europe system printed my husbands ticket as a child ticket and my child’s as an adult. While they couldn’t reprint the ticket, customer service was prompt with their reply and assurances. We did double check with the person on staff at St. Pancras Station, but they reiterated the assurances and we went through smoothly. Do I wish the tickets were printed correctly the first time? Yes, but I was happy it worked out.
