My experience with Warranty.<br><br>First of all, I'd like to point out I'm not a bot so please take my review seriously if you're wanting more info.<br><br>Alright so I was having a problem with my Rail Earbuds and followed the process to return it (since I was still under warranty). The item was great, just messed up do to my baby nephew chewing on it. Had sent it back and was waiting for an email about my warranty claim and how the process will follow but never got an email back after about a week of waiting. Went ahead and emailed them about the situation and the next day I got an email. They went ahead and checked my Tracking number and my earbuds to tell me that they did receive my item and had bad news. They were out of the product which was a bummer, BUT, They went ahead and gave me a $100 coupon code for my next order. The person who was helping me between several email replies was very patient with me and showed they actually cared about me as a customer. If I could rate this whole situation, I'd rate it a 9/10. If my item was in stock, I think I'd give it a 10/10.<br><br>Pros: <br>•Customer service was pretty helpful<br>•Quick to find the problem and answer with a solution.<br>•Very friendly in their tone and professional at the same time. (which is always nice to experience when in a kinda upset moment)<br>•followed up TWICE to make sure all of my problems were resolved.(Much appreciated)<br>•Timeliness of going back and forth was very efficient and got done with 24hours.<br><br>Cons<br>•Going through an automated system is annoying when writing about your problem only for your next email to be (we got your email and will send to the next representative) only for them to ask AGAIN what the problem is.<br>•Having to email them about my product even though my part was done within a few days and not hearing about confirming my order or anything for a week is excessive. I should atleast recieve an email stating it arrived just fine and processing should start within X days or so. Just anything to know that whatever has been shipped, has/is being taken care of for ease of mind.<br><br><br>Other than that, again, it was a pretty smooth interaction that left me satisfied with how it turned out. Have been a loyal fan since 2011 and will always be one since I personally think Skullcandy has the best sound. Plus theyre always making new stuff that innovates and is always exciting to want me to try.
