I made an order late on 26/9 and it arrived early on the 30/9! Fantastic delivery service and super tasty sweets too. I ordered the oh my gosh bundle but unfortunately 3 of my items were missing! I immediately emailed sweetzy and literally within minutes someone responded to say how sorry they were that part of my order had been omitted and they would rectify it immediately, by 10 am on the 1/10 I received my missing items. I am more than happy with the whole service. I’ve used this company several times for birthdays and anniversaries and I have always been happy but on this occasion I was gobsmacked at the speed they corrected the mistake. Hats off to you all for doing a great job, we are all human and sometimes mistakes happen but the ability to correct the mistake in such a speedy professional manner is somewhat of a rarity these days but you nailed it.
