Customer Tello Service!
Only used Tello for a few months on Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6. A few days after a Microsoft software update and a Tello App update, I lost the ability to send MMS and receive MMS (both photos and group texts). Granted, the updates may have had nothing to do with these issues, but my own investigations yielded no solution.<br><br>I then called Tello's technical support. Samuel understood the problem pretty quickly. He was patient and stepped through a process that (if I correctly understood what he was doing) that sidestepped the normal APN MMS capability. This fix seems to have worked, as the "spinning" MMS icons disappeared and the missing messages correctly downloaded.<br><br>I had to wait for a human to engage only about two minutes. And even though my Tello plan is among the least expensive, Samuel was willing to help as long as it took.<br><br>So far, I am a Tello fan!
