2 months in and nearly 2.5st off
I am 2 months in and nearly 2.5st off. <br>I am occasionally having a chicken breast. I sometimes have a pepsi max. <br>These are technically breaking the diet but it's hardly slowed me down! <br>If you can cope with the feeling of being empty but not actually hungry then this is an excellent diet for weightless, blood pressure, reversing diabetes etc etc.
