Stay away from this company!! their service is horrible, they lie and are untrustworthy! after me and my wife paid our devices off (with account up to date) and being a customer over a year, they would not unlock our devices after couple attempts and speaking to different customer service (after they initially said they would but needed to wait first was 48 hr then 72 hr then more excuses after that), there was always an excuse. and giving us the run around about this, then asking why we need our phones unlocked? all to keep stealing from you! all this does is frustrate the customer and making them want to leave even more! they need to do better, but I am done dealing with them! do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Business account with Sprint & then T-Mobile for over 15 years. Staff member lost phone, called to replace & spent an hour with someone who obviously didn't know what they were doing. I had to pay taxes with a credit card ($95), okay fine & staff should get the phone next day or two. Received 2 emails from T-Mobile days later confirming the 2 orders & wrong shipping address on both. Noticed too they charged my card twice for the $95. Called the next day trying to get them to reverse the double charge & cancel the duplicated order. They did not help & ended up getting disconnected. Called back & found out BOTH phones were shipping to my office in another state from where the phone was supposed to go. They ended up having to place an entire new order & this time I paid $48 in taxes??? Well 2 phones showed up at the office this morning & we refused shipment as we were told to...now let's see how long it takes to get the account straightened up. By the way the reason they checked for the returns was "buyers remose", I objected & said hope there's a box to check for T-Mobile mess up. Will definitely be looking for another provider.
