Poor quality product and even worse customer service (order #UK45500)
The device I received was faulty and I requested to return it for a refund, which I am entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as I purchased it less than 30 days ago.<br><br>It took quite a lot of back and forth with their customer service for them to send a return label, and they tried several times to get me to agree to a replacement, then to a replacement with a partial refund, which I refused several times. Today, they have sent me an email to inform me that a replacement device had been shipped out, despite agreeing last week to process a refund once the faulty device would reach their warehouse.<br><br>Not only is this incredibly dishonest, it is also rather infuriating and a complete waste of my time. I will be filling a claim with my bank to recover the monies paid as it is clear that Ulike has no intention of giving me my money back. <br>
