I ordered the wrong product, which of course was super annoying and frustrating as it was my fault. I thought that was it. I'd have to throw it away when it arrived.<br><br>On the off chance I emailed customer service shortly after the mis-order and explained the situation.<br><br>A wonderfully helpful person came back to explain the situation and offer me some solutions. They were very helpful and came back to to check afterwards if everything had been resolved.<br><br>I absolutely adore Veil Cosmetics and this experience has made me love them even more. Thank you so much!
