Non existent customer service
Bought some Olympic Bumper plates, they didn't arrive after 1 week so I emailed. York's response "Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen circumstance with our carrier we are unable to deliver and complete this order." What does that even mean!? No other explanation given. Surely you would try again? Instead, they said they were issuing a refund. I replied saying I didn't want a refund and would wait for a different carrier. They ignored this email and refunded me. I emailed again to say I didn't want the refund, how could we now proceed so I could get the plates? They ignored that as well. Will not be using York again.
