Tommy and Team with Spot On Customer Service
Went in to pick up an acoustic guitar I'd ordered. The model that arrived wasn't correct, but Tommy helped me to get the exchange taken care of. He was incredible and handled things the way someone working with customers should. He helped to navigate several tricky spots with the order & my account profile. He took the time to work through it, explain the options, and make sure we found the right options that worked best for me. The store manager also helped to work through this and I really appreciated their help. Thanks guys!
