Read the reviews. The products were good for us, but their customer service is awful. They have no hesitation in calling you repeatedly to try and upsell you on whole-house systems, but if you have a problem or question you are on your own. We purchased two $50 gift cards that they won't honor. I placed a final order at full price just to buy us time to find a new company.

If I have to come to this page to investigate a company, its usually because others have already been here. <br><br>I ordered a wireless pro and was shipped an AC powered device. The device was "FREE" with a minimum 3-month subscription to the oils. The first oil received with the device (leaked). The second oil was recently charged and shipped. The biggest scam I noticed was the shipping charge for 1 small bottle of oil, almost 10$. They are ripping people off. <br><br>Next I tried to follow up via the website´s customer service portal about the incorrect device I received (AC Powered vs Wireless) and SURPRISE, no response was received. After a week I sent an email to them and still nothing. However they are billing the credit card.<br><br>Shortly after I placed the order, I received calls from a representative of the company attempting to UPSELL a larger product based on the size of the space I wanted to use the diffuser in, I refused. I have recently tried to contact the same number from which I recevied the call, ANOTHER SURPRISE, no answer and a bogus voice mail.<br><br>BEWARE, Ive been scammed before and here goes another occasion. Unbelievable! <br><br>SWIPE LEFT on this company and their social media advertising!
